Fate brought Luis and Isela Mejia together in a small town in Arizona. Both expressed their interests in the restaurant industry and began their journey in a taco truck. Soon after, they purchased a property that used to be an antique shop. They converted it into their first restaurant and after years of success, they opened a second location.

In 2017, Luis visited Roatan and fell in love with the view above "The Rock House". Improvements to the property began a few months after the purchase. Fast forward to 2023, the construction of the project is coming to an end, and Ocean View Hotel & Restaurant is ready to accept guests, events, and restaurant reservations!
