Rates are subject to change.

Family Child Policy: kids under 3 stay free with an accompanied adult.

Pet Policy: Only Service Animals

Extra Adult: extra adult rates begin at $25; rates will fluctuate.

No smoking allowed in rooms.

100% Refundable if cancellation is made 14 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy (Travel Agency Policies Will Vary)

50%  refundable if cancellation is made 7 days before arrival date.

0% refundable if cancellation is made 3 days before arrival date.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-in.

Rescheduling

All-Inclusive 

All-inclusive food and beverages are only to be consumed at a table in the restaurant/bar or at the exterior bar.

All Inclusive guests are to order one appetizer and one entree each.

More restrictions may apply to larger groups. 

Food and beverages will not be served to-go. To-go boxes/cups will not be provided for all-inclusive guests. Guests must return wristbands or incur a fee of $25 per wristband not returned. Alcohol servings will be monitored.

If a guest reaches levels of intoxication that cause disturbances for our guests and employees, their all-inclusive privileges will be revoked for the length of their stay or they may be removed from the property without a refund for them and/or their group.

Sharing with persons outside of your group is not permitted unless they have all-inclusive access.

Sharing with persons in your group without all-inclusive access is not permitted. 

Children under the age of 2 stay and eat for free. 

The all-inclusive menu is subject to change.

Wine is not included.

Kids and Infants

Infants and kids are to be monitored by their parent or guardian throughout the length of their stay. Infants and kids are not allowed near the pool area without the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Pet Policy

Small dogs, under 15lbs are allowed to stay with an additional charge of $15 per night. Service animals may stay for free with paperwork present. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we have a few guidelines that must be followed:

Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas of the hotel.

Dogs must not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.

Dogs must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests.

Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their dogs.

We ask that pet owners notify the hotel in advance if they will be bringing their dog. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional charges or expulsion from the hotel.

Lost Key

Key given at check-in is to be returned to the front desk at check-out. Failure to return key will result in a $25 lost key fee.
